GINGER DATE & WALNUT
A mix of gluten free Flour, demerara sugar and Honey roasted gluten free Oat flakes, with Crystallised ginger, chunky date & walnut pieces and ground spices.
Place crumble mix in a bowl, add melted butter (approx 70g), stir thoroughly, scatter rough crumble pieces over fruit and bake for approx 45 mins (180 or 160 fan oven) or until Golden brown.
or use to make Cookies
Add approx 80g butter, 1 egg, 1 teaspoon baking powder, stir to combine, roll mixture in to small balls, place on a baking tray and cook for approx 10 mins at 200 / 180 Fan oven.
